I did more than I thought I did 🙂 wow 🙂 along with this stuff there were also LOTS of weekly poetry prompts with EXCELLENT videos


March 2015 (Women’s History month)

I was the featured guest on The Power of Poetics with the DC Poetry Project during Women’s History month 🙂


April 2015 (National Poetry month)

I talked to Erica Jong on the phone on April 30 (which I renamed to Erica Jong day)


I also got to meet First Inaugural poet Richard Blanco, who came to my local library for a reading and to sign books 🙂


EVERY DAY there was a new poetry prompt.


May 2015

I participated in DC poet Mike Maggio’s 30 for 30 poetry contest 🙂

Flood got 2nd place in the 30 For 30 Poetry Project 🙂
